Services

Many clients come into therapy feeling like they should already have things figured out or that they have tried everything before. Often the work involves slowing down and understanding patterns that developed over time, especially when those patterns once served a purpose.

Therapy is a space where you can show up honestly without needing to have everything sorted out beforehand. Together we work to better understand what is happening internally while building practical tools that support change in daily life.

Therapy in Massachusetts

For clients seeking in-person sessions, my office is conveniently located in Buzzards Bay — an accessible central location for individuals living on Cape Cod, Plymouth County, and the South Shore. The private office overlooks both the Bay and Butler Cove, offering a calm and peaceful setting designed to support reflection, comfort, and meaningful therapeutic work.

Virtual sessions are provided through secure telehealth for adults and teens located anywhere in Massachusetts. Online therapy allows clients to access support from the privacy of their own space while maintaining flexibility with work, school, or family responsibilities.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. Reaching out is simply the first step toward understanding what is happening and finding a path forward.
