About the event
Join HM Behavioral Health for Community Reiki & Reflection, a free evening of wellness, connection, and reflection led by Diana Young of Ascend Reiki, Yoga & Wellness.
The evening will begin with a brief introduction to Reiki and the chakra system, followed by a guided group meditation. Each participant will then have the opportunity to receive a 5–10 minute individual Reiki session with Diana.
Throughout the evening, Hannah and Tommy of HM Behavioral Health will host the group with guided reflection, conversation, a community wellness activity, and light refreshments. Diana will also offer individual card pulls as part of the experience.
No prior experience with Reiki is needed. Whether you’re familiar with Reiki or simply curious and looking to try something new, you’re welcome to join us.
